Return Policy Introduction: At wpAppDev, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This Return Policy covers the circumstances under which wpAppDev may issue a refund and the process for initiating a return.

Custom Development Services:

  • Clients may request a refund within 14 days for any unused billable hours. Refunds for used hours will not be provided unless the service provided is deemed deficient, and such deficiency is acknowledged by wpAppDev.
  • To initiate a refund for billable hours, please contact us at our support page (https://www.wpappdev.com/contact/) with the details of your project and the reason for the refund request.

Plugins & Products:

  • We offer a full refund on plugins and products purchased within 14 days of the sale, less any API costs incurred by the user during that time.
  • To qualify for a refund, the user must first complete the required 20-minute on-boarding session for the GPT Coder to ensure proper usage and understanding of the product.
  • Following the on-boarding session, if the user finds the product unsatisfactory, they may request a refund by contacting our support team.

Refund Process:

  • All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our support page (https://www.wpappdev.com/contact/).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow for a certain number of days for the transaction to post to your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

API Costs:

  • Any costs related to API usage by the user with our products will be deducted from the refund amount. API costs are calculated based on the rates at the time of purchase and usage.
